Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses pressure on specific points on the feet to promote relaxation and overall well-being. It's based on the theory that these points correspond to various organs and systems in the body, and applying pressure to them can help balance energy flow and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

Please note: Foot reflexology is not recommended for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy or those with a history of thrombosis (blood clots). If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Bella is a certified reflexologist with specialized training in foot reflexology through the Atlantic School of Reflexology, where she completed her certification in the summer of 2024. Her practice is rooted in a lifelong passion for natural health and wellness, and she is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their health goals through thoughtful, individualized care.

Bella takes a client-centered approach, working collaboratively to develop treatment plans that support both short-term relief and long-term wellness. She and her husband live in Landmark, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring local trails. Deborah is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience, having graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2008. She completed her practicum in England, providing massage for children with special needs and disabilities, and has since treated clients of all ages—from newborns to seniors.

She brings a calm, grounding energy to each session and creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard. Whether your goals include soft tissue therapy, deep relaxation, or ongoing wellness maintenance, her treatments are tailored to your individual needs.

Deborah incorporates a range of techniques including cupping massage and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) to help ease tension and support healing. She also offers pregnancy massage and is passionate about helping her clients feel better in their bodies—wherever they’re at in life.
